The Money Market Fund aims to protect short-term savings from the corrosive effect of inflation and to obtain maximum returns by taking advantage of the opportunities in the money and short-term debt instruments markets with the minimum risk taken.
At least 80% of its portfolio is invested in debt instruments with a maturity of less than 6 months, lease certificates and reverse repo, the fund invests in money and capital market instruments with a maturity structure included in the definition of money market funds. The weighted average maturity of the AMC is maximum 45 days.
